Superbly manufactured to ISO 9002 standard, Simple in concept and probably one of the most cost effective trip saving innovations for some time.
Drillable Brush tools are attached to the lower end of proprietory Drillable Packers. The brush cleans and polishes
the casing bore during RIH and allows the resultant debris to be introduced back into the circulation stream . When the brush
is on the packer seating depth, the string is reciprocated several times either side of the seat area to ensure a clean seat for the packer rubbers and slips.

| Drillout -100% cuttings recovered. |
The Brush is totally sacrificial and disposable along with the Drillable Packer it is attached to.
Being constructed from aircraft grade Aluminium alloy the brush is easily drilled out along with its host packer after
well service operations are completed. The test tool, a 7inch, was drilled out
on the Aberdeen development rig in 14 minutes using
fresh water with a bi center PDC bit. 100% of the cuttings were retrieved.

| Swivel & Pins. |
The top end of the brush tool incorporates a swivel with a 2 7/8 EUE 8 Round Pin Up connector. This is either run locked
or in the free position. “Locked” stops the tool turning and effectively it becomes part of the drillable host tool. “Free” allows the host tool to be rotated without transmission
of torque to the brush.
The decision to run either configuration depends on operational parameters.
Tools are supplied as standard in the free position with a special long pin included in the shipping box which allows
the swivel to be changed to a locked position in a couple of minutes.
